About

For more than ten years I've worked where product and operations meet, across healthcare and tech. I like walking into the chaos and figuring out the real problem, turning it into a prioritized roadmap, and building systems that teams actually use.

My toolkit is user discovery, roadmap prioritization, agile delivery, pricing and packaging, and AI-enabled workflow design. I work best alongside founders and executives, from defining the problem through launch and scale.

I have a Master of Public Health from Tulane, a psychology degree from Santa Clara, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Outside of work: a book club, weight lifting, skiing, and traveling the world for gluten-free pastries.

Work

  1. Now

    Independent Consultant & Fractional CFO

I advise healthcare organizations on strategic growth and efficient operating structures, and I build simple products and tools that give clinicians more time for the deeply human work of delivering care. Most recently, I've been working to embed HIPAA-compliant AI agents within healthcare organizations. I also stay on as fractional CFO and advisor to Ackerly McBride Group.

  2. 2023 — 2026

Co-Founder & Director of Strategy & Operations, Ackerly McBride Group

Co-founded a concierge primary care practice and ran it like a product. I built the financial model before launch, then designed the service model, member experience, and workflows to match it. Grew the practice from 2 to 7 providers.

I introduced AI into clinical and administrative work by doing discovery with clinicians and staff, piloting changes in small steps, and supporting adoption. Per-task cycle time dropped by half. I also gave a non-technical team an agile rhythm: a shared backlog, weekly prioritization, and retros.

  3. 2021 — 2024

    Senior Product Manager, 3Pillar Global

Took two greenfield products from an undefined problem to launch with global teams of 10 and 15, including a pivot from B2B web to B2C mobile for a financial wellness startup. I owned vision, roadmap, and backlog, and turned ambiguous questions into decision frameworks executives could act on.

I mentored five product managers; four were promoted or took on more scope. I also received the company's internal impact award twice.

  4. 2019 — 2021

    Associate Product Manager, Labcorp

Improved an internal platform supporting $400M in annual revenue, balancing the needs of six delivery teams against the roadmap. Before that, I managed implementation for a 16-client portfolio, turning sales commitments into delivered service.

Volunteering

  1. 2026 — Now

Mentor, African Diaspora College Access Program

I guide students through the college admissions process and push them to think bigger about who they can become and the place they can claim in the world.

  2. 2026

Advisor, Friends of the Global Fight

I advised pro bono on operational strategy for putting bilateral global health agreements into practice: the behind-the-scenes work that turns high-level commitments into programs that run.

  3. 2018 — 2025

Mentor & Substitute Coach, Classics Basketball

For seven years I mentored girls on and off the court, helping them build confidence and resilience.
